It’s so exciting to receive an enquiry from couples that love my natural, garden inspired style. 

To listen and visualise their vision or sometimes their uncertainties is nothing but inspiring. Offering guidance and recommendations on the most beautiful flowers, that even speak a language of their own, excites me.

Thank you for considering me to bring your vision to life by creating florals that enhance the romance of the day and bring a relaxed and good time vibe.

With so many decisions to be made, there’s no need to get overwhelmed, I’m here to assist and guide you with all your floral needs.

A quick phone call.

Upon receiving enquiry, a phone consultation is required before a mood board, proposal or estimate can be provided.
This allows us to connect and see if we are a good fit for each other.
We will go through a small questionnaire together to gain a clearer understanding of what your ideal day looks like, gather details that allows for a more accurate estimate, whilst discussing what can be achieved within your price point and answer any questions you may have.
It’s great if you have them but not a must- send through one or two inspiration pictures to further assist me in the overall look, feel and floral requirements of your day.

A detailed proposal including inspiration mood board and estimate – via email and phone call.

After our phone consultation a proposal and estimate will be put together outlining what was discussed. Your proposal will include flower recommendations and a suggested colour palette that best meets your vision whilst considering seasonal availability and your venue surrounds.
We look at your floral requirements to fulfil your vision within your price point.

The estimate will include the cost of flowers needed, vases, ribbons, any hire items- unless stated, time needed to create, delivery, time for set up and pack down.
All this is to ensure we share the same vision for your day.
A second phone consult is provided to go through everything together.


Making a Booking

Once you’re happy with your proposal & estimate, contact me to ensure your date is still available. I will then send you an email outlining the next steps and an invoice for your booking fee will be issued.

Receipt of your 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date and confirms you accept my terms and conditions.


When booked
We will continue to fine tune details and requirements with unlimited contact via email or phone. 


Planning Consult
An in-person consult will be held at your chosen venue 6-4 weeks before your wedding/event date to confirm details and work out the day’s logistics.

I then begin stem counts for each bouquet and arrangement. Flowers and foliage are calculated for each piece, just like a recipe. They are ordered in bunches and therefore stems are distributed throughout the arrangements.
An order form is then created for the suppliers, that ensures your requirements are fulfilled. 


*Flower orders are placed 3-4 weeks prior to an event to allow for the best quality and available selection 


Changes and final payment
Changes can be made up to one month prior to your wedding/event day, which is when your balance and final payment is due.


Week of your wedding/event
Pick up or delivery of hire items
Vases and urn, counted, cleaned, and prepped.
Candles counted and packed, ready to go.
Flowers will be picked up or delivered, stripped, re-cut and conditioned. They will be given a good, long drink to ensure they’re in the best condition for your day.
I’ll start creating all the required pieces that will complete your vision.
Pieces are all packed up safely, ready for delivery.


The day of your wedding/event
Your big day has arrived and it’s time to enjoy.
I’ll carry out any last-minute finessing and add the finishing touches.
The wedding party flowers will be delivered, followed by the delivery and set up of your ceremony and reception florals.
Everything is bought to life and a beautiful, romantic atmosphere is created as your vision and dreams are fulfilled, ready for you and your guests to celebrate, laugh and enjoy. 

The day after 

I’ll return to your venue to collect items and return home to clean vases, urns and candles etc and pack away for the next special day.
